What’s the difference between Hubyfy and Spaces?

Hubyfy is the work platform for customer relationships, projects, documents and workflows. Hubyfy Spaces is the virtual office for distributed teams. They address different parts of your workday.

Can I use just one product?

Yes. Each product can be used independently, subject to its availability and access terms. Start with the one that fits your team.

How can my team get access?

Existing Hubyfy users can sign in to their workspace. For new access or a conversation about Spaces, contact our team.

Do both products share one account?

Shared sign-in and cross-product workflows are planned. Today, each product has its own access and permissions. We’ll explain account linking before enabling it.

Where can I find your terms and privacy information?

Our trust center brings together the privacy policy, terms, security information and data deletion instructions for both products. You do not need to sign in to read them.
