Cancellation and refunds

Check the terms of your order

The accepted order or checkout identifies the product, price, currency, billing interval, renewal and cancellation conditions, included usage and any additional charges. Hubyfy and Spaces are separate products unless your order expressly bundles them. This page does not introduce new fees or override an existing agreement or mandatory consumer rights.

Cancel a subscription or renewal

An authorized billing administrator can use the account billing controls where available or contact hubyfy99@gmail.com. Identify the product, organization and subscription or invoice reference. We confirm the applicable end date and any remaining contractual obligations. Unless your offer or law provides otherwise, canceling renewal ends future renewal; it does not automatically refund elapsed service or charges already incurred.

Usage, credits and third-party charges

Completed metered activities, such as AI processing or communications, may remain payable under the accepted offer. Credit expiry, transferability and refund treatment must be disclosed in that offer; do not assume credits are cash or usable across both products. A charge billed directly by another provider is handled under that provider’s terms.

Request a refund or dispute a charge

Contact support with the invoice reference, disputed amount and reason. We review duplicate charges, billing errors, undelivered agreed service and any applicable cancellation or statutory refund right. We communicate the outcome and processing information. Do not email card numbers or banking credentials. Nothing here removes a refund or withdrawal right that cannot legally be excluded.

Data after cancellation

Cancellation and data erasure are separate. Request an export while you retain access and use the data deletion process when you want personal information removed. Necessary financial records may remain for the applicable legal period.
