How to read this list
The list below distinguishes planned infrastructure from optional services implemented in Hubyfy. Listing a provider does not mean every customer’s information is sent to it. Provider contracts, legal entities, locations and retention depend on the account and enabled feature. Spaces’ hosting and media providers require a separate confirmation before hosted launch.

Customer-connected services
Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Meta/WhatsApp and other accounts you connect receive or provide information needed for your authorized workflows. Some act independently under your own relationship with them; they are not automatically our subprocessors merely because an integration exists. We explain the relevant transfer and permissions in the product and the privacy policy.
Changes and contractual details
Ask hubyfy99@gmail.com for the provider schedule applicable to your organization, including legal entity, purpose, location and transfer safeguards. Where the agreed DPA requires notice or an opportunity to object to a subprocessor change, that process applies before the change.
Publication requires an accurate inventory of providers actually active in each product, their contracting entities and locations, and the agreed change-notice process. This draft is not a completed customer subprocessor schedule.
