Use the products responsibly

This policy applies to Hubyfy, Spaces, their APIs, automations and connected services. Use them only for lawful purposes and within the permissions granted by the organization and other participants.

• Do not access accounts, files, spaces or organizations without authorization, bypass access controls, share credentials improperly or exploit another person’s data.
• Do not distribute malware, attack availability, probe systems without written authorization, or interfere with other users’ service.
• Do not send unlawful unsolicited messages, ignore opt-outs, impersonate others deceptively, or manipulate provider restrictions and usage controls.
• Do not record, transcribe, monitor presence or analyze people without required notices, permissions and a lawful basis.
• Do not upload material that infringes intellectual-property, confidentiality or privacy rights, or use the products for exploitation, threats or harassment.
• Do not use AI output as a substitute for required professional judgment, fabricate evidence, or represent synthetic content as an authentic person’s statement without appropriate disclosure.
• Do not evade billing, credit limits, moderation or customer authorization, and do not enable automation that you lack authority to carry out.

Report a concern

Contact support with the product, relevant record or room, approximate time and a concise description. Share only the information needed for review. Security findings should follow the security reporting instructions.

How we respond

We assess reports and may request more information, restrict affected content or access, or suspend the activity as allowed by the applicable agreement and law. We aim to make the response proportionate, protect unrelated customer data, and give notice where appropriate. Contact support if you believe a restriction was applied incorrectly.
