Choose the action you need
Disconnecting an integration, canceling a subscription, deleting an item and erasing personal information have different effects. These instructions cover Hubyfy and Spaces, including requests from people who do not have an account.
Disconnect a connected account
- Open the relevant product’s connected accounts or integration settings and disconnect the service where that control is available.
- For Google, Microsoft, Meta, Zoom or another provider, also use that provider’s account controls to revoke Hubyfy’s authorization if you want to stop provider access directly.
- If you cannot reach the setting, email support with the product, provider and workspace name. Do not send provider tokens or passwords.
Revocation prevents further use of that authorization. Previously imported records or completed recordings may remain until separately deleted. Provider deauthorization callbacks are processed where supported, with review of records that mix provider data and independently authored content.
Request an account or data deletion
- Email hubyfy99@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Identify Hubyfy, Spaces, or both, your account email, the relevant organization/workspace, and whether you want an account erased, a provider’s data removed, or specified records deleted. Request an export first if needed.
- We verify your identity and authority with proportionate checks. If you are a participant or contact without an account, provide a date, organizer or other minimal reference so we can locate the information.
- We identify active records, soft-deleted copies and relevant service-provider copies under our control, coordinate with the customer controlling the data where necessary, and respond within applicable legal deadlines.
- We confirm completion or explain any retained categories, reason and applicable duration. Requests affecting recovery copies are recorded so restored data is not returned to ordinary use without applying the deletion instructions.
Important distinctions
A record removed from a screen may still exist in recovery or soft-deleted storage. Removing a user from a workspace does not necessarily erase content that the organization lawfully controls. Financial, security or dispute records may need limited retention. Copies in a separately controlled Google, Microsoft, Meta, Zoom or other account must also be managed with that provider. Stopping a meeting bot does not by itself delete completed media.
This page provides a request process, not an automatic deletion endpoint or a promise of instant erasure. We do not ask for a payment to submit a request. See the privacy policy and cancellation information.
