HUBYFY + HUBYFY SPACES

Cookie policy

Essential cookies, browser storage and your choices.

Review draft · Prepared 1 October 2026 · Applies to the products and features described below

What this website uses

The public product and policy pages do not load advertising pixels, optional analytics, embedded videos or third-party fonts. Their styling and brand assets are served from the same website. Necessary session and request-security cookies may be set by the application that serves these pages.

Cookies and storage by purpose
ItemPurposeDuration / scope
hubyfy_pilot_sessionMaintains a session and supports protected sign-in.120 minutes of inactivity, renewed on activity; actual persistence depends on browser settings.
XSRF-TOKENHelps protect requests against cross-site request forgery.Associated with the application session; not an advertising identifier.
Remember-me cookie, if chosenKeeps an account signed in when the user chooses that option.Persistent until expiry, sign-out or revocation. Use sign-out on shared devices.
Website appearance preference (hubyfy-public-theme)Remembers the light or dark mode you select on this website. Stored in your browser, not used for tracking.Until you change it or clear this site’s browser storage. Separate from your application appearance preference.
Application preferences and offline storageMay retain theme preferences or explicitly supported offline work inside the application.Depends on the feature; can remain until changed or cleared. These public pages do not create offline copies of your work.

Optional features and third-party services

Opening an external sign-in, payment, meeting or connected-service page can cause that provider to set its own cookies under its policy. An enabled verification or embedded feature may have additional requirements. This notice must be updated and any legally required consent obtained before optional tracking is introduced; accepting product terms is not consent to advertising cookies.

Your controls

You can block or delete cookies through your browser and use sign-out to end an authenticated session. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent sign-in or other protected actions. Clearing browser storage can remove locally stored preferences or unsynchronized offline work; synchronize or export that work first.

There is no “accept all” banner on these public pages because they do not enable optional tracking. If that changes, you will be offered appropriate choices before it starts. See the privacy policy for other processing and rights.
